Skepta kicks off his 2018 by jumping on the remix of East Memphis rapper Xavier Wulf's track, "Check It Out". The Boy Better Know don dropped off an unexpected verse over the twinkling trap instrumental, with the North London rapper injecting the usual gravel-toned venom with a short flurry of brazen bars.
Skepta has evidently been keeping his ears open for some of the more underrated music coming out across the pond by connecting with Xavier Wulf, and the collab is a welcome surprise for fans of both artists. Also starring in the lucid visuals—shot by Sleem Luciii—is Skepta's frequent collaborator, A$AP Rocky, as well as 4hunnid label boss YG, in what is the latest Stateside link up for the Tottenham MC.
