It wasn't too long ago that Solange shared her vision for SZA's "The Weekend" in her video for the song. Now, Wale is taking a turn at adding his flare to the R&B track. In his remix (above), the MMG rhymer drops a brand new verse that explains his cheating ways.

"I'm just trying to see quality over quantity/I'm just trying to say I be trying to live honestly/I'm just trying to say when you be sending nudes, I turn into Pookie in New Jackthat shit be calling me," rhymes Wale, before SZA chimes in by asking "Why you want me when you got a girl?"

Although this isn't an official remix, it also isn't the first time the artists' sounds have come together. Back in 2015, the two collaborated on "The Need to Know" off of Wale's The Album About Nothing.

While fans wait for Wale's next album, SZA is on a winning streak with her debut effort Ctrl. After nabbing the most nominations for a female artist for this year's Grammy Awards, it was announced that the 28-year-old singer will also perform on the Grammy stage. And that's not all that's keeping her busy. SZA, who's listed on Barack Obama's 2017 playlistdropped a song with Kendrick Lamar for the forthcoming Black Panther film and is slated to perform at the Firefly Music Festival later this year.
