Right O

Formerly a duo, Right-O now falls solely on the creative shoulders of Australian producer Anthony Agostino, though the change seems to have done nothing to dampen his drive as he's now preparing to drop new single "First Time" (due Feb. 2). Still rooted in the various shades of underground club music Agostino's always drawn inspiration from, "First Time" continues his recent efforts fusing pop songwriting with dance music. Assisted by some deeply soulful vocals from Stacey Gardiner, "First Time" is the upbeat club thumper your miserable, grey January has been crying out for.

"The last few releases have been really special to me, and this one is no different," he tells Complex. "'First Time' is a record that I want to build a strong foundation on. The intention of this song is to make it feel like it's the first time you hear it, every single time you listen. I'm aiming to step far beyond just a club record."
