On Friday, Lana Del Rey decided to pay a visit to a local children's hospital during her time in Washington D.C. While visiting, she did a radio interview in the hospital's Seacrest Studios with some of the patients that was broadcast to those in the hospital that were unable to attend.

Of course, the singer was requested to sing some songs by the children in the room and she gladly obliged.

"Can you help me? Do You remember any of the words," said Del Rey before starting to sing some lyrics from her song off of the soundtrack for Disney's Maleficent "Once Upon a Dream." She gets a out a few words before she forgets the rest, but the kid's did not seem to mind. "That's basically me," said one of the girls in the room. After the interview, Del Rey even took some time to take photos with the patients too.

According to the Children's National Medical Center's Instagram, Del Rey also talked about how she prepares for shows, her favorite animal, and encouraged the kids to "follow their hearts and spread positive energy everywhere."

Del Rey is currently in the middle of her L.A. to the Moon tour alongside Jhené Aiko and Kali Uchis for her 2017 album Lust For Life.
