Rappers Ski Mask the Slump God and XXXTentacion have a history together, having previously collaborated numerous times during the early stages of their career. Things got a bit murkier when they both received more attention, however, especially when the harrowing accusations against X were published in full online. The two had a bit of a falling out, but X said that regardless he still had his back.

Ski Mask, a more interesting rapper who just so happens to not have a history of assault allegations, reached back out to X following the beef, explaining that he'd like to work together again at some point. It's not really clear why, especially as X, who recently announced he was retiring from music before announcing three albums, lost his record deal with Capitol, and got placed on house arrest.

Taking to Instagram, X has rejected his request to work together again, saying, "My response to the request for the song by Ski is no. I am going to destroy all of these rappers, none of them are friends to me, they don't give a fuck about me they just want my energy. Keeping my foot on they throat. Fuck 'all' of 'em."

The last part of the Instagram story has "all" in quotations for some reason, meaning maybe he's not willing to burn his bridges with everyone just yet.

Ski Mask's response clarified that he wasn't saying anything about friendship, but he was just strictly talking about making music together.

Anyone who doesn't like X can continue to ignore him, but he still seems to draw interests from fans despite his negative public image. X has been charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and domestic battery by strangulation among other charges.
