After unveiling visuals for "The Stone" here back in September, British singer-songwriter Jerome Thomas returns with new record "1989", the B-side to a new release, exposing "two sides of the same coin." Joining forces with producer Warren Xclnce for the upcoming double drop, this first offering is swirling and harmonious, with Thomas weaving achingly soulful notes over slow percussion. A collaborative effort that clicks in all the right places, there's also some additional keys on the track by Ezra Collective's Joe Armon-Jones. Following on from last year's Conversations EP, Jerome Thomas further adapts his developed sound of jazz-infused production with contemporary soul vocals. Press play on "1989" below.
