It is looking more and more certain that Lil Uzi Vert and Playboi Carti's collaborative project will be arriving at any moment. A new Carti and Uzi track that may be titled "Squad" has surfaced.

A snippet of the track was teased back in April.

The pair have been teasing their collab project for a minute now. Back in September, Carti snapped an image of U.K. rock band The Damned's Captain Sensible and Dave Vanian along with the caption "Carti Uzi Tape * Uzi Carti Tape * 16.29." Many pointed out that the numbers stand for the two rapper's respective blocks, Uzi being from 1600 Philly block and Carti being from 2900 Atlanta block.

Uzi's Luv Is Rage 2, his debut studio album, was released back in August of this year. The project had guest appearances from The Weeknd, Pharrell Williams and Oh Wonder. Carti dropped his self titled mixtape back in April. The tracks "Lookin" and "wokeuplikethis*" both featured Uzi.
