Chance the Rapper Went on Live TV to Show Off His Weatherman Skills

Chance the Rapper surprised viewers on Chicago's WGN Morning News with a special guest appearance.

Grammy winner, humanitarian, rapper, and now weatherman. Chicago's own Chance the Rapper made a special live appearance this morning on WGN's Morning News broadcast. The cameo saw trying to give the weather forecast for the Chicago area, cracking some jokes and even pulling out his "invisibility cloak" to blend himself into the green screen.

The stunt was to promote WGN's 15th annual Morning News Toy Drive. This year, the news network teamed up with Chance's youth empowerment charity, SocialWorks, to urge viewers to participate in the drive.

This isn't the first time a rapper has made a guest appearance on a newscast. Back in January, Rae Sremmurd made a cameo on a French news show to give their own take on the weather.

And then of course there's the time Jim Jones gave us live updates on Hurricane Irma. Never forget.

Also never forget the iconic moment FlavorFlav brought us the latest weather patterns in Salt Lake City.
