"Smooth rapped lines and melodic refrains" were the words we used to describe "Black Girl Magic", a previous release from rapper Che Lingo's forthcoming project, Charisma. Returning today with "Metal & Rocks", the South London spitter describes the track as being "a dark and frantic cry for an awakening of inner value", showing a different side to his artistry, with a video to match.

With his unique sense of style, Che Lingo continues his trend of thought-provoking themes, and addresses issues surrounding drugs and the want for material things ("to know the worth is within you, not the material items you own," he spits). The glitchy, arresting video serves as a fitting companion to the lyrics; dark, slick, and powerful.

Peep the visuals above, and be on standby for more from Che Lingo.
