Quavo and Drake Apparently Have a Collab on the Way and It Sounds Incredible

The 'Culture II' hype is starting to overwhelm me.

The first official single from Migos' Culture II is imminent. Ahead of the mystery track's release, this month has been loaded with apparent teases and hints about what we should expect from the followup to Migos' hit "Bad and Boujee"-housing collection. The most recent tease came from Quavo, who shared silent video clips of recent studio hangs with Donald Glover, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Yachty this week:

Thursday, a maddeningly short clip of what sounds like a Drake x Quavo collab surfaced on social media. As HipHop-N-More reports, the origin of the clip is unknown. It appears, however, that it was captured during a recent event of some kind (Culture II listening session? Drake's DiCaprio-assisted birthday bash?) and, sadly, does not include studio quality audio.

Though the final home of this collab is unknown, there's a good chance it'll land on Culture II. After all, Quavo has already confirmed that Migos has new records in the bag with Drake and others. "We got a lot of records," he told MTV News earlier this month. "We got records with Ty Dolla Sign, records with Big Sean, records with Drake, records with Travis." Quavo and Drake previously worked together on the More Life highlight "Portland."

In addition to the long-teased Culture sequel, the Atlanta trio is planning to give their brand the full cinematic treatment soon. Speaking with Zane Lowe at the top of the month, Quavo said his love of '90s and early '00s films like Menace II Society and Baller Blockin' had inspired him to start work on a script.
