We unveiled SLANG's debut single, "YAY (You Alright, Yeah?)", late last year, providing an early glimpse at the scope of his artistry and the concepts that inform them. Today, the singer and hit-making songwriter announces his forthcoming mixtape, fwENDZ — which is an expansive collaborative set, reached across his eclectic musical comrades.

Found on the tape will be the likes of Benny Banks, The Manor and Al, The Native; and we can reveal the first track from it in "Uxbridge Road" featuring Scrufizzer and English Rikki. Over a bed of twirling keys and rumbling claps, "Uxbridge Road" is equal parts reflective and inspirational, as all three share their struggles and stories to date. "I started rapping with Scrufizzer when I was 15 years old in youth clubs and on pirate radio," says SLANG, "and Rikki has been one of my close friends forever — we've made music together for the last six or seven years. 'Uxbridge Road' runs all the way through West London and connected all of our estates."
