Not sure why anyone would give a single fuck what Chris Brown says in any Instagram comment ever, but here we are. Monday night, our lord and savior Rihanna shared a few photos from Barbados.

Brown commented on the Crop Over photo using the eyes emoji, as reported by E! News and a slew of others Monday night.

Rihanna fans quickly took note of Brown's comment—a comment we are now reporting as news for some reason—and shared their thoughts far and wide:

Also, this:

In a 2015 interview with Vanity Fair, Rihanna reflected on Brown's 2009 assault and subsequent press coverage. "We're not friends, but it's not like we're enemies," she said at the time. "We don't have much of a relationship now." In June 2009, Brown pleaded guilty to one count of assault with the intent of doing great bodily injury.

Last month, Rihanna made waves with the release of her and Kendrick Lamar's long-awaited "Loyalty" video. Forget about this article and its ridiculous not-actually-written-by-the-author headline. Watch "Loyalty" instead.
