Complex AU presents some of the best local tracks from the first half of April 2017.

Every few weeks we've been collating all the tracks you may have missed from all of our most unique and ground-breaking local artists. This month, we take a look at some brand new tracks from Travy P, Manu Crooks, TAPZ, Swindail and more.

Check out our vid for the first half of April above, and find the full versions of each song down below, including a few extra from Stara and The Yung Dready Bastrd.

Two of Australia's finest, Brisbane rapper and WVS collective member Travy P and Sydney's Manu Crooks, have finally linked up on “24/7”.  From the heavy, rippling basslines courtesy of Miracle and Manu, to the catchy chorus and menacing beat switch at the end – this is all dope.

If you're in Melbourne, don't forget you can catch Travy P at the WVS & Friends showcase at Ding Dong Lounge on the 13th of April.

TAPZ "Run Don't Run"

New Zealand's TAPZ lends his super smooth vocals to a knocking industrial beat put together by P-Money and the man himself to bring us "Run Don't Run". The visual sees TAPZ run through a forest and casually hang out with a wolf – what's a stronger aesthetic than that?

Stara "2 Brown"

Alternative electronic artist Stara recently dropped a stunning video for her single “2 Brown”, and while the Sydney-sider doesn't consider herself a singer, her vocals are on point - not to mention she wrote and produced the track too. The sweeping synths and her airy, heavenly chorus really makes this something special, and solidifies Stara as one to watch this year.
