Dutch producer Saux—recently placed on Spotify Netherlands' list of '25 most influential artists under 25—has always taken in a wide variety of influences for his productions, leaving a body of work that takes inspiration from several different decades and as many continents. Last summer's "Save The World", for example, took its cues from disco, dancehall and '70s South African pop. On his latest cut, "For I Know" (out today), Saux dips into the '80s to bring us some taut, minimal beats dripping in new wave and electro sensibilities.
