On Tuesday, Kodak Black released the music video for "Too Many Years" featuring PnB Rock with the message, "I'm away but I ain't gone."

Kodak is currently sitting in jail because he violated the terms of his house arrest, which he was under after catching charges for false imprisonment, strong arm robbery, and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement. He also faces sexual assault charges in South Carolina.

Despite two weeks behind bars (and a reported loss of $300,000+), Kodak doesn't appear to be working too hard to get out. According to the Sun Sentinel, the rapper will be incarcerated for at least one more week as a circuit judge ponders whether or not he's a "danger" to the community. The decision by the judge came after Kodak's probation officer described his attitude in videos posted online that showed him showing up late to a court-appointed anger management session, and another where he "yelled and cursed" at someone over how much effort he was putting into the class:
