Italian producer Lorenzo BITW had a really strong 2016: he emerged as one of the most successful figures to come out of the Classical Trax camp; had a string of appearances on Rinse and Radar; dropped a remix of Mina and Nenneh's "Shake Shake" as a free download on Keysound; and capped it all off with "Storm"—a huge collab between himself, Nico Lindsay and TSVI that became one of the year's surprise smashes and a staple in many DJs' sets.
Keen to build on that successful run, Lorenzo's back with "Goo" (out Feb. 6), a new collab with one of the UK's most verbally nimble MCs in Kwam. It has a similar funky vibe to "Storm", but Kwam's intricate and truly unique flow keeps this one from being easily pigeonholed. We're told "Goo" is the first single in a new series curated by Lorenzo himself under his brand new label BITW. Make sure you keep an eye out for those.
