Following the release of his excellent mixtape, Ward 11, Dolla Sign $heed is now gifting us with brand new visuals for "Air Bnb". The melodic standout sees the Weston rapper expand his sonic palette, previously reserved for club-ready bangers and earworm hooks - both of which were found on his breakout street anthem, "Kawalling". With "Air Bnb", $heed is able to flex his vocal chops over synth-tinged production by Rexyboy and 7:20.
Toronto director, RodZilla, is once again enlisted to bring the emcee's narrative to life, and together, the duo deliver a tongue-in-cheek video that takes a literal approach to the rather amusing story. In the span of four-and-a-half minutes, $heed takes over a condo Airbnb for the day and promptly invites over a special someone to enjoy the getaway with him. The video is a nice break from the gritty visuals we've associated with $heed, and breaths some fresh new air into his burgeoning career.
