Birmingham's Mist, one of our hotly-tipped emcees for this year, is setting himself up for the year with a new session for Rinse's Practice Hours. In the G-Shock-supported video, Mist takes us around some of the key spots that helped shape him growing up, as well as talking about his transition from grime to hip-hop. The Practice Hours session itself is a dark and laid-back display of the astute storytelling and snappy wordplay that Mist is capable of. If you take into account what he says about the differences between grime and rap flows, and how that affects the way he express himself, it makes for a really interesting watch.
