Tim Westwood has unlocked a new video from the vault that features a young Kanye West freestyling backstage in London in 2004 with a vocal assist from G.O.O.D. Music artist John Legend.

In Westwood's latest Throwback Thursday freestyle offering, Kanye drops some bars before John Legend appears to croon the hook with ease. If you recognize the lyrics, it's because they ended up on Young Gunz' "Grown Man Pt. 2" that featured both 'Ye and John.

It's definitely nice to see a happy Kanye smiling in the video considering everything going on with him lately. The rapper was recently hospitalized after his physician reportedly called 911. Thankfully, a source has said that 'Ye is doing "much better" following his hospitalization. "It was a combination of a lot of issues: stress, anxiety, paranoia. He just broke," the source told ET. "There have been signs recently of him just overwhelmed. Kanye hasn't been himself for a while." The remaining dates of the Saint Pablo Tour have since been canceled.

Kim Kardashian West rushed home to be by her husband's side and artists like Chance the Rapper, Twista, and Legend have come out in support of West. "[Chrissy Teigen and I] were with Kim [Kardashian] actually, right before all of that. I was concerned with what I saw, so hopefully he is getting some rest and some time to figure things out," Legend told CBS earlier this week about West.

Thank you, Tim Westwood for this gem. You can watch it above.
