While the faceless Xavier Blake has made places all over the world his home, he's Australian-born – and you can still hear it in his music.

With his latest single "Underneath The Money Tree",  Blake's sonics sidle up to the jazz-tinged hip-hop our locals like Remi and Baro have embraced and propelled, while combining it with the delivery and sentiments of more international acts like Isaiah Rashad.

The track is an exploration of all the issues that come with money, and with a catchy screwed hook, casual flow, and some exceptionally chill production from Keem The Cipher to boast, this one hits exactly where it needs to.

It's only the first joint from an upcoming EP set for release in 2017, but until then you can check the first offering  for yourself above.
