Trawling the internet for your pre-party soundtrack is getting harder and harder these days. And let's face it, if you're having a little pre-rave shoobs, you're going to have a range of people round. That five-hour minimal techno mix might be right up your work mate's street, but not everyone wants that vibe. Equally, a reload-heavy grime set might not be the one if you're trying to move to the cutie you invited over. It's a balancing act. Because Complex UK is a public service above all, we've scoured the depths of the internet to bring you a high-quality, well-balanced blend that should push everyone's buttons, regardless of their preferences.

This week marks the 20th anniversary of DJ Shadow's era-defining and mind-blowingly prescient debut Endtroducing. To celebrate, Mighty Atom deconstructed, reconstructed and expanded the album into an hour-long and completely essential DJ mix. That wasn't the only mix to feature rap greatness this week—Snoop Dogg mixed together all the iconic samples from Doggfather (the album also turned 20 this year) into a two hour cuffing soundtrack. Elsewhere, TGAF (These Girls Are Fiyah) spinner DJ Ouai reached out to the experimental edges of club music for her latest mix; Reprezent Radio's Naina came through with some heavy duty bangers from Carpainter, Nightwave and the like; and South London electro don Boy 8-Bit threw down a truly eclectic mix with strains of UK funky, D&B, hardcore, house and pretty much anything with a good beat.

We could go on, but it's probably best if you scroll down to the playlist below for your pre-party jams (see, you don't even have to cue them up). Except for the last one, because Mixcloud.
