Jose Guapo has got a new one for you. On Friday, the Atlanta rapper dropped his new project Osama Bin Guapo 2. Included amongst the tape is "Gimmicks" which gets a major assist from one of the hottest young names in the game today Lil Yachty.
In the song, Guapo comes after all the fake rappers out there more concerned about portraying an image than living the life. "Never care 'bout no image/all these rappers some gimmicks" he rhymes on the hook. For his part, Yachty take the opportunity to come after his haters, saying "If I was you, I'd be just like you, I wouldn't like me/Stanning so damn hard make a pussy n----a wanna fight me."
Osama Bin Guapo 2 is a sequel to Guapo's 2014 release of the same name. He actually found himself broiled in controversy over that tape because of its offensive cover which featured an image of him adorned in a turban with a long gray beard adjacent to the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center as jet airplanes flew into and exploded into them. On the buildings themselves is featured the Def Jam logo.
Guapo's fans took to Twitter on Saturday to express their appreciation for the new 15-track release.
