Early Monday morning, Drake announced that he will be hitting Europe at the top of 2017 for his The Boy Meets World Tour. The tour will take him across the UK, Ireland, Norway, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and France.
According to Drake's tweet, tickets for the tour will be available through Ticketmaster beginning on Oct. 14.
The Boy Meets World Tour comes right on the heels of Drake's Summer Sixteen Tour, which saw him crisscrossing the U.S. and Canada with Future. Drake recently had to postpone a few of the remaining Summer Sixteen dates due to a nagging ankle injury, further extending a tour that he's been going on since July. "We are over 50 shows in and I have done everything to power through my recent ankle injury and leave it all out there on the stage every night," he said. "I hate to be told I can't do something, but under doctor's orders to allow me time to recuperate."
The Summer Sixteen Tour has been a revolving door of guests and controversies. Drake has brought out names like Eminem, Kanye West, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Rihanna, and Gucci Mane. He's also taken some on-stage shots at Joe Budden, Tory Lanez, Hot 97, and more, causing several small media frenzies along the way.
There's currently been no announcement about any openers for The Boy Meets World Tour, though we can hope that Drake and Skepta may cross paths during Drake's extensive tour through the UK. European fans who want to catch Drake's performance should be sure to grab tickets ASAP.
