Hamilton, Ontario, has made its mark on the music scene, for its growing ties to indie rock. Traditionally, the steel town has churned out poppy, if not safe, guitar music. Breaking the mold is the rapper, LEO. The emcee has grown into his own as of late, harnessing an assertive cadence and melodic flow. After releasing the Kodak Black rework, "Come Through" at the end of July, LEO. highlighted this year's Cookout festival. Now, the rapper keeps up the heat with new visuals for the blistering track "3PM (Freestyle)".
The cut was produced by FGH, and features the artist rapping his ass off in front of a grocery store - which is incredibly fitting, given the fact that we're eating with this new release. "3PM (Freestyle)" is the first official video directed, shot and edited by Nü Faith Inc. Other artists on the roster include producer, DBLCRSS, who linked up with LEO. for the single, "Young Moses", earlier this year.
