Travi$ Scott and Young Thug just released an epic video for their collaboration "Pick Up the Phone," featuring Quavo. The clip, which is NSFW for nudity, can be viewed here.
While much of the video focuses on the artists hanging around women who are barely dressed (or sometimes not dressed at all), there are also plenty of shots of Travi$ hanging out with an adorable hairless cat.
Thugger spends much of his screen time hanging out, and sometimes rolling around, on a bed with a bunch of ladies.
Quavo, whose verse contains the genius neologism "discriminize," prefers to have women fawn over him while he's sitting in a chair.
And of course, what would a video be without a girl dancing in slow motion for no apparent reason?
"Pick Up the Phone" has had a complicated life. While Scott helped to write the song, he didn't originally appear on it. The initial version featured Young Thug and Starrah. The song is released as a joint single because of issues between Scott, Young Thug, and their respective labels about who had rights to use it as a single. Releasing it under both artists' names was a compromise.
Despite all the controversy, fans were extremely taken with the song's visuals.
