UK garage regent, MJ Cole, has just revealed he's been in the studio with the ever-ascending AJ Tracey for brand new single "The Rumble". I'm a new school brudda with an old school feel, spits Tracey in what is an acutely self-aware bar. Bringing the kind of flow that could only exist within the new generation, AJ combines that with an appreciation for MJ Cole's weirder, more awkward beats that, while future-facing, give a nod to the cruder, more sparse productions of grime's nascent years, whilst maintaining the bounce of UKG.
