Apple Music recently celebrated its one-year anniversary since launching on June 30, 2015. Apple Music’s on-demand radio, which encourages a global listening experience, has been its main draw, especially as more big-name artists, like Q-Tip, Pharrell, HAIM, DJ Khaled, and Drake, have gotten their own personalized radio shows.

Since OVO Sound Radio launched, there’s been 24 episodes to date, which have all had their moments. On the first episode, listeners got a taste of the show’s format and Drake, Oliver El-Khatib, and Eric Dingus shared an eclectic mix of songs that had exclusive remixes of Wizkid’s “Ojuelegba,” Ramriddlz’s “Sweeterman,” and Roy Wood$’ “Drama.” We also heard Majid Jordan’s “My Love,” the lead single to their self-titled debut. Revisit our Who Is on the duo if you're unfamiliar with them.

Other highlights from the series include Drake premiering What a Time to Be Alive for an epic first-listen. As well as the debuts of loose hits like “Hotline Bling” and his Meek Mill diss “Charged Up,”  and a special edition of the show featuring the debut of VIEWS live from SOTA Studios in Toronto. The range of special guests are typically affiliated with the OVO Sound camp, and some of our favorites were PARTYNEXTDOOR, Skepta, Makonnen, OG Ron C, and dvsn.

Saturday's episode features Drake’s righthand producer Noah “40” Shebib and Roy Wood$, who just put out his album Waking at Dawn on Friday. You can tune into the episode here or hear it below.
