Mac Miller arrived on Zane Lowe's Beats1 show with some good news Thursday, as he announced his new full length release, The Divine Feminine, and shared an early cut off the album.

"Dang!" makes use of Anderson .Paak's soft but raspy vocals as he croons over some uptempo, jazzy notes before Miller jumps in to deliver some horn-accompanied verses. Apparently, the song was was an idea that Paak. sent to Miller, who got kids from The Juilliard School to play on the track, which explains all the insane instrumental combinations that flood the track's background. The release also makes sense for anyone that has been following Miller's stream of cryptic tweets that have been teasing some sort of surprise these past couple of weeks. Fortunately, the new song does not disappoint.

The announcement of a new album comes less than a year after Miller dropped GO:OD AM, with him giving us a few cuts recently, including "Headaches + Migraines," and a cut on DJ Drama's new Quality Street Music 2, so we are definitely excited to hear that another project is on the way. It looks like .Paak won't be the only feature we can expect on the album either because Miller also told Lowe that the album will also include guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Robert Glasper, and Cee Lo Green.

Listen to "Dang!" above, and look for Mac Miller's new album, The Divine Feminine, to arrive September 16, but you can pre-order it here. Mac Miller also dropped the entertaining visual component for the single and shared tour dates for the fall. You can check that out below.
