Kesha's career has been tragically stuck in legal limbo for a while now, but it looks like there might finally be some signs of progress. In an Instagram video posted Tuesday, Kesha hinted that she would be performing new songs this summer during her tour. "I'm playing songs that you've never heard me play before and I may never play again. It's only a couple of shows, so I want to see you there," she said.

She hasn't made an official announcement about any shows as of yet, but said that a presale for the tour would begin Tuesday at 1 p.m. CST. There is a list of dates available on BandsInTown, although it's not clear if this is the full list of dates or not. The site lists a number of shows from late July through the beginning of October, including her previously-announced appearances at Mad Decent Block Parties in Brooklyn and Los Angeles.

Kesha has been unable to releases music due to her ongoing lawsuit against Dr. Luke, whom she accused of sexually and emotionally abusing her for years. Luke has denied the allegations, and has fought tooth and nail against Kesha's attempts to leave his record label or record with other people. The case remains unsettled. Hopefully, her announcement means that some kind of new music is on the way this summer.

UPDATED 7/20/16: Kesha has shared her upcoming dates for her Fuck the World Tour on Instagram. "For a short ride and in mostly small intimate venues, I will be performing a new creepy creation. It's been too long. Until I can release my own music I will be reinventing some of my old songs and some of my favorite songs from my musical idols," she told fans. Kesha will be hitting the road this August. Check out her dates, along with her note to fans, below and grab tickets for her shows here.
