Back in April, Kid Cudi revealed he was working on a new album for this summer, but it turns out he is actually working on multiple albums that are set to drop in 2016. "So my plan is to release 2 albums this year. One for the summer and another for the fall. I finished this new one already. Fine tuning now," he wrote on Twitter Wednesday.

Cudi went on to say he has been feeding off an insane amount of inspiration recently that he is pouring into his new music. "My creative juices have been flowing violently since January and I have commited myself to swimming in the magic and making more heat," he tweeted before promising "to upgrade your minds."

Fans received an influx of new music from Cudi, including Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven, the follow-up to his 2014 album Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon. While exact details of the projects aren't known, Cudi later revealed that Travi$ Scott will be featured on the album and the two were then spotted in the studio together.

More recently, he released "The Frequency" co-produced by him, Plain Pat, and Mike Dean, and kept the momentum going with the Mike WiLL Made-It-produced "All In."
