YG has been through a lot since the announcement of Still Krazy. In mid-June of last year, the Compton rapper was shot after a recording session in Los Angeles, leaving him down and out, but only for a brief moment.
Since then, YG has bounced back from the incident with a focused attitude. He’s set to release Still Krazy in June, and has been preparing fans with a string of warm-up singles. After dropping his Terrace Martin-produced “Twist My Fingaz,” he shared “I Wanna Benz” featuring Nipsey Hussle and 50 Cent on an episode of OVO Sound Radio. From there, YG delivered a fearless anti-Donald Trump track called “FDT” with Nipsey, which may or may not make the final album. If you missed the video, you can watch it here.
Just moments ago on OVO Sound Radio, YG premiered his fourth single, entitled “Why You Always Hatin’?” featuring Drake and Kamaiyah. The pair previously collaborated on “Who Do You Love?,” which was one of the lead tracks off 2013’s My Krazy Life. Listen to the track below.
