When Michl released his last single, last year's "Kill Our Way To Heaven", it didn't take the track long to gain the support of artists and contemporaries, nor did it take long to rack up millions of plays. For his new track, "Die Trying" (taken from his debut EP due this summer), the mysterious producer and vocalist looks set to continue that success. The new track continues the thread of matching cold, atmospheric synth washes with impressive vocal gymnastics to devastating effect, but honing them further with an grand chorus. It may only be Michl's third ever release but his growth is noticeable. Keep an eye on him this year.
