CXCV, a London-based collective bridging the stylistic gaps between Afrobeats, trap, hip-hop, grime and R&B, have just dropped the brand new video from two of their central members, Ninj and Kraze. "Half Jamo Half Ghana" sees producer StevieBBeatz use a well-selected Daddy Lumba sample to form the colourful backbone over which the two MCs take turns paying tribute to their heritage. In blending these varying styles the duo create something all together new, with a noticeable bounce and fluidity. A promising sign of things to come, now let's hear what the rest of CXCV can do.
