Tinashe is about finished with the North American leg of her Joyride world tour, but it looks like that's as far as she'll get. In a message on her Facebook page today, the R&B singer announced that she was cancelling the remainder of the tour due to "unexpected recording commitments" surrounding her still-unreleased sophomore album Joyride.

As she notes, the album has yet to be released, and she addressed her fans' desire to finally get their hands on it. "Trust me, I am as eager to get it out to you as you are to hear it," she wrote. "I will be wrapping up the finishing touches on Joyride by the end of May, and will be back on the road shortly thereafter to see all of you. If you know anything about me, you know this was the last thing I would ever want to do." So far, the album has spawned the singles "Ride of Your Life" and "Party Favors" f/ Young Thug
