Having made a name for himself with his one-take live performance videos of bootlegs of artists like Pharrell and MNEK, London artist Youngr is getting set to drop his debut single, "Out Of My System" (due May 27). To say it's a bit catchy would be a colossal understatement; by themselves, the pulsing arpeggios that throb beneath the track would have no problem sticking in your head, but the uplifting chorus takes it right to the next level. There's no question you'll be singing this one for months, especially if, like Youngr, you've just come out of a relationship. "After becoming single over the past year," he explains, "I was having a lot of fun whilst racking up a huge Visa bill, travelling the world and basically getting it all out of my system. It's a feel-good record about a time in my life that was very much that: getting it all out of my system. I guess I'm probably still in that time in my life."
Premiere: Listen To Youngr's Break-Up Anthem "Out Of My System"
