There aren't many grime bangers that can be split into two acts, but today we have one from the collaborative three-piece of Tsvi, Lorenzo BITW and Nico Lindsay. "Storm" (due out May 6) begins with a bouncy, light-hearted tropical-tinged riddim—we suspect the influence of Londoner Tsvi, known for his tropical edits—that Nico rides with ease, spraying some of his finest bars with absolute dexterity. Then, in the second act, the tone changes slightly, but the North London MC matches the change with ease. It's not a dramatic switch-up but the skittish strings fall away in wake of a darker, more cinematic beat that adds a serious weight to the track. Press play exclusively below.
