Premiere: Shadez The Misfit Flexes His Lyrical Muscle In The "Rendition" Video

Shadez The Misfit, who recently gave an impressive and inspiring TED talk on escaping gang culture and his road to success, is preparing to drop his debut EP, NE PLUS ULTRA. The first cut to emerge from the EP is "Rendition", a straight-to-the-point rap workout filmed in the streets and parks he grew up in, punctuated with glitchy, almost VHS-style graphics. LDN Productions' hazy, rainy-day beats (appropriately reflected in the brief interruption halfway through) sit perfectly beneath his on-point delivery that covers everything from his own supremacy (Please don't think you're in my league, I'll go and sink your premiership) to video games (Acting like Tony Hawk, GTA breaking the law) to fashion (My girlfriend dressing like Christian, adore that Dior). It's an impressive debut collection from the MC and a promising sign of what's to come.
