Putting a resounding end to their two-year hiatus, Paper Tiger are back with news of a new album entitled Blast Off (out May 27), and from that a new single. "Weight In Space" is the track in question and you can hear right away why they chose to lead the album's charge with it. Accompanying the video is the above set of visuals that loosely tell the story of a psychedelic mission to space, as seen through our voyager's increasingly-tripped out eyes. The bass lines are rich, deep and engrossing, and Grammy Award-winner Shafiq Husayn (whom you may know as one third of Sa-Ra) lends some chilled bars that have just a hint of classic soul about them.

On working with Husayin, Paper Tiger's Greg Surmacz explained how they came to work together: "We approached him without really expecting to hear anything back—Sa-Ra and all of his work has been hugely influential for us—and not only did he respond, but he contributed to the writing and production too. The final result blew our minds." Watch the video exclusively above.
