Melbourne-based and Zimbabwean born singer Thando has just dropped a brand new track called "Trouble"; a winding, soulful song that channels the inherent cool of future-R&B acts like The Internet, but slowly builds to a crashing crescendo courtesy of a dreamy, atmospheric production from Henry James.

The singer-songwriter lists Jill Scott and Alicia Keys among her influences, and her highly evocative performance on this gently meandering track makes that very apparent. Thando will be releasing her debut EP Digital Love Letters in June, and this song will act as the lead single for the seven track effort.

The launch of the EP will take place at The Evelyn Hotel in Melbourne on Friday 10th June and Plan B Small Club in Sydney on Sunday 12th June. While you wait around for those shows, you can check the single out for yourself above.
