Rising producer Kaytranada grabbed buzzy rapper Anderson .Paak for his new video, and their combined forces makes for some pretty solid music. They premiered "Glowed Up" earlier today on Annie Mac's BBC 1 Radio Show, and followed up with the video online shortly after. The abstract clip finds Anderson .Paak performing through an old-school television set, blurry from the VHS-style video tape quality. Kaytranada also appears, eating sandwiches and laying by the pool. This is followed by some scenic shots of water pouring into the empty pool. The entire clip has a surreal, dreamy esthetic.

"Glowed Up" is a single from Kaytranada's upcoming debut album 99.9%. The album, which can be preordered on iTunes here, is set to come out on May 6 via XL. Aside from .Paak, 99.9% will also feature Vic MensaLittle Dragon, and The Internet member Syd. Anderson .Paak has also been having a great year, dropping his critically-praised album Malibu and inking a record contract with Dr. Dre's Aftermath label. With both artists hitting their stride at the same time, a collaboration was inevitable, and it didn't disappoint. You can check out the "Glowed Up" video above.
