Quick catchup: just in case you've been living under a rock, Drake released an album last night. So far the jury's out on our collective reaction; some love it, some are just fine with it. Still, it's less than 24 hours since VIEWS' release so naturally it's going to be a little while before we've all separated the hype from the album and fully digested on a meaningful level.
The one thing that has us united is the conspicuous, deafening absence of a certain North London MC. That's right, despite intensive speculation and some very heavy hints from both parties, Skepta—and grime in general—was nowhere to be found on the album. While we haven't quite decided what we think of the album just yet, there's absolutely no debate whatsoever as to whether or not this is a good or bad thing.
