Toronto R&B upstart William Darc first caught our ear with his cavernous single “No Pain, No Feel,” and today we’ve got the first listen of his debut EP, Lost Nights.
Loaded with bass-heavy, mechanical instrumentals, Lost Nights showcases a voice that demands to be discovered. In just seven tracks, William Darc swerves wildly from the destructive whispers of “No Pain, No Feel” to the red-lining climax of project highlight “You Can’t Save Me.”
“As a title, ‘Lost Nights’ is very literal,” William Darc told Complex. “Losing myself in sounds helped me find something to hold onto.”
