There's still no timeframe on when Frank Ocean's long-awaited new album will be released, but his right hand producer, Malay, recently gave an important update on the project in a new interview with Pitchfork. During the conversation, Malay revealed that when Frank is ready, the album will be out and that it could even be next month. "When he's ready, the world is gonna get it," Malay noted. "It could be tomorrow… well not tomorrow but maybe a month [laughs]," he said. "He's been working super hard. I feel like he's working harder than he's ever worked in his life. I'm excited for everyone to hear it. I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised, for sure."

To this point, Frank has stayed completely quiet with details of the album, though he may have had a secret listening session for it last month in NYC. Since it's been years since Frank last dropped an album, any news is good right now, and this update will certainly please fans that are waiting patiently. You can read Malay's full interview here
