Young Thug’s director Be El Be teased a very rare behind-the-scenes look of the video for “F Cancer” on social media this week. On Instagram, Be El Be posted a picture of Thug wearing a pink nurse uniform, which is similar to the artwork that was released for the single. On Periscope, he gave a sneak peek of the visual, calling it “the premiere before the premiere.” Now, we finally get the proper drop for “F Cancer,” the first set of visuals from his latest mixtape, I’m Up.

The video is based on the concept of never giving up. Even if you’re diagnosed with cancer, you only have one life to live, so you might as well make the most of it. Boosie Badazz makes a cameo, where we see the Baton Rouge rapper refusing to get proper treatment from Thug and his team of doctors. Instead, he makes a valiant effort to stay positive through stunting in some fly gear and partying with the Migos. If it hasn't been said enough, shout out to Boosie for a speedy recovery. Check it out above.
