Back in October, news broke that one-time super-producer Scott Storch had just graduated from debt education school and that things were finally looking up for his career going forward. This was the first bit of good news for Storch in some time after he filed for bankruptcy during the Summer and the details of his insane past drug use came to light. According tothe Hollywood Reporter, Storch is back in trouble, and is reportedly being sued by real estate giants Seth and Brad Cohen.

Storch reportedly violated the terms of a deal where Seth and Brad agreed to lend him $1 million to try and help him get out of debt. Seth and Brad reportedly decided to help Storch because of his deep ties in the music industry and they thought they could make money off of the agreement.

At some point, things turned sour, as the lawsuit pointed to Storch's past and current drug use and his overall financial troubles through his career. Storch's lawyer, Richard Wolfe, denied the Cohen's allegations against his client in a statement to THR, and said some documents in the lawsuit are even forged. "The lawsuit is not serious and the only reason it was filed is to garnish publicity for the plaintiffs. Accordingly, it will be treated as nonsense," Wolfe said. We'll continue to update with additional details on this story as they emerge.
