This isn't part of his court-ordered community service either.

As you probably already know, there's a major crisis happening in Flint, Mich., where as many as 90,000 residents may have been exposed to toxic water. As the situation unfolds—President Barack Obama recently declared it a federal state of emergency—members of the hip-hop community are starting to get involved. Notably, Meek Mill, who has apparently taken an interest in the situation and is trying to help out as much as possible.

According to TMZ, Meek just donated money to the Flint Child and Family Health Development, which helps fight the affects of lead poisoning caused by the toxic water. Not only that, but Meek also plans to send 60,000 bottles of clean water to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. While Meek made his own donations, he also put his beef on hold with 50 Cent to challenge him to match anything he donates to the cause. It's unclear if 50 is going to take Meek up on his offer. The best part about Meek's donations is that none of this is reportedly part of his assigned community service that he has to do for his probation violation in Philadelphia. Props to Meek and his team.
