Tech N9ne channels his inner Cheech and Chong in the new video for "Blunt and a Ho," where he and fellow Strange Music member MURS play the famous duo, smoking a comically oversized joint and getting trippy together. "I say that to say that I'm straight building/But it really hurts when the government takes millions," Tech raps. Meanwhile, Ubiquitous plays the detective hot on their tail, monitoring them throughout before popping out of a surveillance van to deliver a rapid-fire verse of his own.

Between the over-the-top costumes and hazy smoking scenes, the video looks like it could fit right into one of Cheech and Chong's movies. Which makes sense seeing as how Tech is a longtime fan of the stoner comedy legends. "When I found out the theme for the 'Blunt and a Ho' video was based around Cheech and Chong, I said HELL YEAH!" Tech told Complex via email. "I grew up on Up In SmokeThe Corsican Brothers, Nice Dreams, etc. The name of my group NNUTTHOWZE from back in the day was inspired by a line from Nice Dreams. 'You’re in the nut house now man!'"

Tommy Chong got a chance to see the finished product and was certainly impressed. "That Tech N9ne video is so fire that I watched it over and over again with a 'Blunt and Ho.'"

"Blunt and a Ho" appears on the Strange Music collaborative album, Strangeulation Vol. II, which dropped last month. Watch the video above, and cop the album on iTunes now.
