Though Jeremih's long-delayed album Late Nightsfinally arrived earlier this month, the controversy surrounding its release continues to grow. Jeremih took to Twitter on Sunday to double down on 50 Cent's recent criticism of Def Jam's release strategy for Late Nights, clarifying the remarks and putting the focus on physical album shipments:

"What Def Jam has done to Jeremih is so foul," 50 said earlier this month in a widely shared 'gram. "They have dropped the ball in so many ways. They have his album out at $18.99." However, as Jeremih notes, the issue here is reportedly less about the price of the physical album and more about the actual availability.

Thankfully, Jeremih hasn't stopped dropping new songs and verses. His appearance on Chance the Rapper's just-released new single "Somewhere in Paradise" is an obvious must-listen.
