In Complex's new documentary series, F1RST, we will take a look at the journey and untold stories behind some of our favorite acts. For our inaugural episode, we kick things off with a four-part series on the enigmatic Jeremih.

It's Friday and we can't believe it either: Jeremih's long awaited Late Nights album is finally here. It's perfect timing since we've been exploring Jeremih's career with our F1RST documentary all week on Complex and today we bring you the final episode. We kicked things off earlier this week with him talking about the success of his first hit "Birthday Sex" but then we focused on the setbacks he experienced with his own personal misdoings as well as issues he's had with his label and management. But now, with Late Nights finally out, Jeremih tells us about how he finally took control of his career. He talks about the making of his J. Cole assisted hit "Planes," how he envisioned the Late Nights album, and how improved his live show. "My work ethic has added up and I've earned this," he says.
