Yesterday, it was reported that Bobby Shmurda and his legal team were confident their latest bail package would be accepted by a judge and he would be released from prison. Now, TMZ is reporting that Shmurda's request to be bailed out has once again been denied. It's unclear why the court denied Shmurda's latest request, or why his legal team thought this latest package would be accepted in the first place. This is now the third time that Shmurda has been denied bail in this case.

It's officially coming up on a full year since Shmurda was first arrested on weapon and drug charges stemming from gang activity with his Brooklyn GS9 crew. Shmurda's next court date is currently scheduled for next month, while his trial is supposed to begin in February. We'll continue to update as more details from the case unfold.
